Role Summary

  • An aesthetic dermatology clinic in Lagos is seeking an Admin Officer to provide essential support across clinical, client relations, and management teams, ensuring efficient service delivery in a client-focused environment.
  • The role will also supervise support staff and coordinate procurement, inventory, vendors, and facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative operations, records, correspondence, supplies, and logistics.
  • Support management and departmental heads with scheduling, documentation, meetings, and reports.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, equipment servicing, and vendor services.
  • Ensure the clinic environment is clean, safe, well-maintained, and client-ready.
  • Supervise office assistants, cleaners, and security personnel, including attendance and performance monitoring.
  • Coordinate procurement of office and clinic supplies and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Monitor the use of clinical consumables to minimize wastage and prevent stock shortages.
  • Source and coordinate with vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services and supplies.
  • Maintain records for health, safety, sanitation, regulatory, and administrative compliance.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly administrative reports for Management.
  • Maintain confidentiality and perform other duties assigned by Management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • With at least 2 years' experience in administration, office management, facility management, or a similar role.
  • Experience in a clinic, healthcare, beauty, wellness, hospitality, or premium service environment is an advantage.
  • Experience supervising staff and coordinating vendors, procurement, and facility operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
