The Wealth Manager is responsible for acquiring, developing, and retaining high-value clients while driving the growth of the Company's investment portfolio and revenue.

  • The role involves identifying and converting prospective investors, particularly High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), corporates, institutions, and other qualified investors, into clients of the Company. The Wealth Manager will provide tailored investment solutions, manage client relationships, mobilize funds, and ensure sustained growth of assigned portfolios.
  • The ideal candidate must be commercially aggressive, financially knowledgeable, relationship-driven, target-oriented, and capable of independently generating substantial investment inflows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development & Fund Mobilization

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients with strong investment capacity.
  • Mobilize funds through the Company's approved investment and fixed-income products.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective investors.
  • Build relationships with HNIs, business owners, executives, professionals, corporates, institutions, and other strategic investors.
  • Conduct presentations and investment pitches to prospective clients.
  • Convert qualified prospects into active investment clients.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual mobilization targets.
  • Explore new markets, networks, partnerships, and channels for investment fund mobilization.

Portfolio & Client Relationship Management

  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of clients.
  • Understand each client's financial objectives, investment preferences, risk appetite, and liquidity requirements.
  • Recommend appropriate investment solutions within the Company's approved product framework.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely updates on their investments.
  • Drive client retention, renewals, rollovers, and additional investments.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and increasing clients' wallet share.
  • Resolve client concerns promptly and escalate issues where necessary.

Investment Advisory

  • Provide professional information and guidance on the Company's approved investment products.
  • Explain investment structures, expected returns, tenors, risks, and applicable terms to clients.
  • Prepare investment proposals and customized presentations for prospective and existing clients.
  • Monitor market developments and investment trends relevant to clients.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of fixed-income instruments, investment products, interest rates, and financial-market dynamics.
  • Ensure all investment recommendations comply with the Company's policies, regulatory requirements, and approved product structures.

Revenue Generation

  • Drive revenue through successful acquisition and management of investment portfolios.
  • Identify opportunities that contribute to the Company's interest income, fees, commissions, and overall profitability.
  • Develop strategic relationships that generate recurring and sustainable business.
  • Maintain a healthy balance between client acquisition, portfolio growth, profitability, and retention.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activities, market rates, investment products, and industry developments.
  • Provide feedback to management on market opportunities and emerging client needs.
  • Identify underserved client segments and develop strategies for penetrating them.
  • Maintain a strong network within the investment, banking, corporate, and business communities.

Reporting & Performance Management

  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, client engagements, and investment portfolios.
  • Submit periodic business development and portfolio reports.
  • Provide accurate forecasts of expected inflows and pipeline conversions.
  • Track portfolio maturities, renewals, withdrawals, and reinvestments.
  • Participate in sales meetings, strategy sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Take full ownership of assigned targets and business results.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure all client onboarding and investment transactions comply with applicable regulatory requirements and Company policies.
  • Maintain proper client documentation and KYC records.
  • Protect confidential client and Company information.
  • Avoid making unauthorized promises or representations to clients.
  • Escalate suspicious transactions, compliance concerns, or unusual client activities appropriately.
  • Maintain strict adherence to the Company's ethical standards and investment procedures.
