Job Description

  • Supervise receipt, stacking, storage, picking, and dispatch of finished goods.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of dispatch orders by customers' 3PL trucks.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Maintain warehouse housekeeping, organization, and compliance with standards.
  • Conduct cycle counts and monthly stock reconciliations.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain real-time and accurate inventory records in ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and conduct regular team briefings.
  • Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
  • Ensure compliance with company, regulatory, and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate with Plant Logistics, Transport, and Sales teams to ensure smooth flow of goods and processes.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse activity reports (stock, dispatches, variances).
  • Track KPIs (order accuracy, on-time dispatch, stock accuracy, warehouse utilization).
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics supervision, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.
  • Good knowledge of warehouse management systems (SAP).
  • Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
