As a Territory Manager, your primary responsibility is to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and vendors within your assigned territories.

You will promote APDI's infrastructure solutions portfolio, including software, services, and related technologies across all sales channels, including online store, while ensuring a high standard of customer service and the achievement of agreed sales targets.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify and penetrate new business accounts while maintaining a robust pipeline of existing enterprise and SME clients within the territory.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to ensure APDI portfolio awareness and streamlined fulfilment of orders.
  • Maintain business relationship with all stakeholders in key partner accounts.
  • Ensure client requirements and context are well understood, and most effective solutions and terms are proposed.
  • Provide assistance and guidance to Channel Sales to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, while ensuring accurate forecasting and CRM updates.
  • Lead the final negotiation with Business Partners and Vendors to ensure that opportunities are closed in time and under favourable terms.
  • Stay informed on regional trade regulations and ICT-specific tax to provide accurate advice and pricing to clients.
  • Enforce internal processes from opportunity creation to invoicing.
