We are seeking a commercially driven and results-oriented Senior Marketing Executive to support the expansion of DPH's client base, strengthen market presence and drive revenue across our financial and investment solutions.

ROLE OBJECTIVE

The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying, engaging and converting high-value business opportunities across institutional/corporate organisations, High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Small & Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs).

The role requires more than traditional marketing. The successful candidate will be expected to function as a business development and revenue-generation professional, translating market opportunities into qualified leads, client relationships, transactions and measurable business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing and business development strategies for Institutional/Corporate, HNI and SME segments.
  • Identify and develop a strong pipeline of prospective clients, investors and strategic business partners.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into active DPH clients and revenue opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate executives, institutional investors, HNIs, entrepreneurs and key decision-makers.
  • Promote DPH's investment, financial advisory, asset management, securities and other relevant solutions.
  • Conduct market intelligence and identify emerging sectors, businesses, investors and opportunities relevant to DPH.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations, proposals and investment/product pitches.
  • Work closely with Investment Banking, Asset Management, Securities, Fund & Investment, DFI, CRM and other business units to convert opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular reports on prospects, conversions, revenue opportunities and market activity.
  • Represent DPH at relevant business, investment, industry and networking events.
  • Ensure all marketing and client acquisition activities comply with applicable regulatory, ethical and internal requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mass Communication or a related discipline.
  • 5 - 8 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within financial services, investment banking, asset management, securities, wealth management, consulting or related professional services.
  • Demonstrable experience in B2B, institutional, corporate, HNI and/or SME business development.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management and revenue generation.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, investment solutions and the Nigerian business environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify and pursue business opportunities.
  • Ability to engage confidently with senior executives, business owners, investors and institutional decision-makers.
  • Strong CRM, reporting and pipeline-management discipline.
  • Professional integrity, initiative, resilience and a strong results orientation.
