Job Summary

  • The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, promoting the Company's jewellery products, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to customers professionally and provide personalised assistance throughout the sales process.
  • Understand customer preferences, needs, and budgets and recommend suitable jewellery pieces.
  • Provide customers with accurate information on product features, materials, pricing, care instructions, and availability.
  • Actively promote the Company's jewellery collections, new arrivals, promotions, and special offers.
  • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up with prospective and existing customers to convert enquiries into sales and encourage repeat business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote customer loyalty and referrals.
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other sales channels.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, sales, orders, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure jewellery products are properly displayed, handled, stored, and presented to customers.
  • Assist with stock checks and report discrepancies, damaged items, or low-stock products to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Process customer orders and ensure that payments and sales documentation are properly completed.
  • Work closely with the operations and inventory teams to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders.
  • Maintain a neat, professional, and welcoming appearance in line with the Company's brand standards.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Keep up to date with jewellery trends, product knowledge, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Support promotional activities, exhibitions, pop-up sales, and other sales initiatives organised by the Company.
  • Prepare and submit sales and customer activity reports as required.
  • Perform other sales-related duties assigned by Management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of an OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a related role is an advantage.
  • Experience in jewellery, fashion, luxury retail, beauty, or lifestyle products will be an added advantage.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms.
  • Experience using WhatsApp Business, Instagram, or other social media platforms for customer engagement is an advantage.
