Flexibility to work extended hours when required is essential. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise cargo lashing operations at the terminal to ensure safety and compliance with procedures. Monitor and enforce driver discipline, safety standards, and compliance within the truck fleet. Facilitate effective communication in English and Hausa between managers and drivers.
