We are looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and attend to walk-in clients, visitors, and suppliers professionally.
  • Handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate departments or officers.
  • Log and escalate customer service issues or complaints for follow-up by technical or recovery teams.
  • Dispatch and receive parcels, documents, and correspondence on behalf of the company.
  • Maintain the visitor register and control front office access.
  • Track job cards for field technicians and update records accordingly.
  • Oversee inventory handover for technicians in coordination with the Inventory Officer.
  • Prepare and send daily job movement summaries to relevant departments, including Operations and HR.
  • Support document filing, photocopying, scanning, and general office organization.
  • Ensure the front desk area is neat, stocked, and presentable at all times.
  • Submit daily reports to HR and Directors on calls received, complaints logged, inventory usage, and technician dispatch.
  • Support administrative coordination during interviews, client meetings, and internal briefings.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Front Office, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a front office or administrative role.
  • Good computer skills, including Excel, Word, email, and printer/scanner use.
  • Experience in a technology, transport, or operations-heavy environment will be an added advantage.
