Immediately after offloading newly received assets and accessories, capture and record them into the ERP system. Ensure all disbursed company assets and accessories are picked and packed on the disbursement date. Inventory and warehousing management Recording of all second-hand hand bikes returned to the Branch. Update the inventory register with the specific details of the assets and accessories held in stock at the branch (Brand, Colour, Value) in the ERP. Ensure that the inventory kept at the branch is well maintained in a clean and organised manner. Ensure both the physical and ERP inventory register tally at all times. Uninstall the GPS tracker unit from the completed assets. Ensure GPS' are available for installation in regards to planning based on current stock and advising procurements on restocking. Keep track of inventory levels and share snapshot reports as required from time to time. Ensure that GPS units are availed to the Tugende branches Document Management Ensure all delivery notes of all assets , accessories, and spare parts are signed, scanned and kept on file in both soft and hard copies at the branch. Daily reconciliation of the physical stock and the system to ensure that there are no asset losses or gaps with the system. Sale, After Sales & Asset Servicing and Maintenance Meet the assigned branch monthly sales targets Ensure all client and staff assets are active and traceable on the dashboard at all times.
