Key Responsibilities

  • Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, availability, and service.
  • Obtain and compare quotations and negotiate favourable commercial terms.
  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely processing and delivery of approved purchases.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier information, and documentation.
  • Monitor purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support supplier onboarding, evaluation, and performance monitoring.
  • Work closely with Inventory, Retail/F&B, Finance, and other departments to understand and fulfil procurement requirements.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend suitable alternatives where necessary.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, approval processes, and agreed specifications.
  • Resolve supplier-related issues and escalate significant concerns to the Procurement Manager.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional procurement/supply chain certification is an added advantage.

Experience:

  • 2 - 4 years' relevant experience in procurement, preferably within retail, hospitality, FMCG, entertainment, or a similar fast-paced environment.
