Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of plumbing systems, and other plumbing fixtures.
  • Diagnose and repair plumbing faults such as leakages, blockages, water pressure, and drainage issues.
  • Perform routine swimming pool maintenance, including inspection and maintenance of pool pumps, filtration systems, valves, pipes, drains, and circulation systems.
  • Identify and resolve swimming pool-related faults
  • Conduct regular inspections of plumbing and swimming pool systems to identify potential faults and ensure efficient operation.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency plumbing or swimming pool-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate service records, ensure proper use and care of tools and equipment, and comply with all company health, safety, and maintenance procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Trade Test I-II certification
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience as a Plumber in a facility management sector is preferred
  • Must demonstrate technical knowledge of plumbing systems
  • Ability to use specialized tools and follows documented procedures and policies to diagnose and complete repairs, including identifying and preparing required parts and tools
  • Good observation skills
  • Very good organizational skills
  • Very good communication skills
