Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and assist them throughout their visit. Efficiently handle cash, card, and mobile payments using the POS system. Maintain accurate cash register balances at the start and end of each shift. Provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions to customers. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cashier station. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience. Follow all cash handling, security, and health & safety policies. Qualifications Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND, SSCE / GCE, or NECO 0 - 1 year of cashier experience in the hospitality industry (restaurants, cafes, hotels, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic math and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations gracefully. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
