Team Member (cashier, Pizza Maker, Barista) At Ascentech Services Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them throughout their visit.
• Efficiently handle cash, card, and mobile payments using the POS system.
• Maintain accurate cash register balances at the start and end of each shift.
• Provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions to customers.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cashier station.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Follow all cash handling, security, and health & safety policies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND, SSCE / GCE, or NECO
• 0 - 1 year of cashier experience in the hospitality industry (restaurants, cafes, hotels, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations gracefully.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
