Purpose of the Job

  • To provide agile, high-quality shared services, HR administrative support for business, primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding shared services and employee life-cycle transaction.
  • To Provide professional HR support to assigned business units for the purposes of achieving the organization's goals and objectives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Provide professional and efficient HR support throughout the employee lifecyclefrom onboarding to offboardingincluding managing contract extensions, promotions, transfers, resignations, and exits.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Facilitate new hire orientations to ensure a seamless and engaging onboarding experience.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Performance & Development: Support the development and implementation of performance management, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives.

Administrative Support:

  • HR Projects: Assist in the execution of HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness.
  • Welfare Management: Lead the administration and continuous improvement of employee benefits programs.
  • HRIS & Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across all HR information platforms.
  • Reporting & Data Analysis: Generate timely and accurate HR reports for management, audit reviews, and regulatory compliance.
  • Policy Development, Compliance & Implementation: Develop, review, and update HR policies in line with statutory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Compensation & Benefits Administration: Support payroll processing & assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Design & Implement Workflows: Develop and implement automated processes for onboarding, offboarding, benefits enrolment, performance reviews, and payroll management.
