The Opportunity

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Leading successful projects - demonstrating technical excellence and a business-based approach to solving complex challenges
  • Generate revenue by identifying opportunities for follow-up engagements and forging long-lasting relationships with customers; identify potential risks and opportunities to improve processes and acquire new business; Assist in client acquisition activities by preparing proposals and conducting presentations
  • Directing project workflows from planning to implementation - managing project resources and budgets effectively, while overseeing multiple engagements
  • Influence customers and stakeholders to gain their support regarding important change decisions and/or initiatives
  • Manage, train and develop professionals at more junior levels, with a focus on technical and customer service skills to boost their careers.

To be successful in the position it is necessary to:

  • Graduate in Commercial Engineering, Law or related career
  • 5 years or more of experience in the area of global migration in one of the Big 4, a specialized consulting firm or in a company occupying a related position in large-scale projects
  • Knowledge of tax processing systems and legal regulations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, being able to confidently persuade colleagues and clients of all levels
  • English at least intermediate level.

Ideally, it is also important:

  • Knowledge of broader topics of global mobility and Postgraduate or specialization in People Management
  • Global mindset and knowledge of local and other countries' migration issues.
