Job Summary

  • The Operations and Fulfillment Officer will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring GreenOrigin Agro’s day-to-day packaging, procurement, inventory, order fulfillment, and delivery operations.
  • The role will ensure that products are properly packaged, customer orders are accurately processed and dispatched on time, procurement activities are properly tracked, and all outgoing products are accounted for.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with suppliers, packaging personnel, delivery partners, and the COO to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • The role requires strong attention to detail, accountability, organization, and the ability to maintain accurate records and follow established operational procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily packaging activities and ensure products meet GreenOrigin Agro’s quality and quantity standards.
  • Monitor stock levels of oil, packaging materials, labels, cartons/kegs, and other operational supplies.
  • Track procurement activities and follow up on outstanding purchases and supplier deliveries.
  • Receive and verify procured materials against orders and invoices.
  • Coordinate the preparation of customer orders for dispatch.
  • Verify every order before it leaves the facility, including quantity, customer details, packaging, and delivery destination.
  • Maintain accurate records of all products packaged, dispatched, delivered, and returned.
  • Coordinate with delivery personnel and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor deliveries and escalate delays, discrepancies, damages, or customer complaints to the COO.
  • Maintain daily operational and inventory reports.
  • Identify operational leakages, wastage, discrepancies, or inefficiencies and report them promptly.
  • Ensure proper documentation and accountability for all materials and products moving in and out of the facility.
  • Support the COO in implementing and maintaining GreenOrigin Agro’s operational procedures and controls.
  • Perform other operational duties assigned by the COO.

Requirements

Qualifications and experience:

  • Minimum qualification of OND/HND/BSc in any related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, inventory, or procurement

Skills and attributes:

  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy.
  • Strong sense of accountability and integrity in handling stock and records.
  • Good organizational and coordination skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for inventory and reporting.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and work with minimal supervision.
