Role Overview

  • We are looking for a highly competent, proactive, and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and oversee daily production operations from planning to final delivery.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring production targets are met efficiently, cost-effectively, and on schedule while maintaining high standards of quality, performance, and accountability.
  • A strong leader with excellent operational judgment, problem-solving ability, and hands-on experience managing people, processes, timelines, and output in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end production activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Develop, manage, and execute production schedules based on business priorities and deadlines.
  • Ensure production targets, turnaround times, and service levels are consistently achieved.
  • Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement immediate corrective actions.
  • Maintain continuity of operations with minimal downtime or disruption.
  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate production staff to ensure productivity and accountability.
  • Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and monitor daily performance.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, coaching, and performance reviews.
  • Build a high-performance culture focused on discipline, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new production team members when required.
  • Ensure all output meets approved quality standards, specifications, and client expectations.
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures across all stages of production.
  • Address quality issues promptly and drive preventive solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
  • Analyze workflows, productivity trends, and production data to improve efficiency.
  • Introduce systems, tools, and best practices that enhance output and reduce waste.
  • Optimize resource allocation including manpower, tools, and materials.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production function.
  • Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or related field is an advantage.
  • Relevant practical experience may be considered in place of formal education.
  • 2-5 years experience as a Production Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing teams, workflows, deadlines, and performance targets.
  • Strong track record of improving operational efficiency and delivering measurable results.

Main Duties: Procurement Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including procurement planning, evaluation and negotiation in accordance with Tetra Tech procurement guidelines.
