Role Summary The Excel Health Healthcare Assistant will work alongside registered nurses and doctors to provide safe, compassionate and person-centred support in patients' homes, community settings and the Excel Health clinic. Key Responsibilities Support patients with activities of daily living. Assist with personal care, hygiene, grooming and mobility. Support elderly and vulnerable patients at home. Role Summary The Excel Health Pharmacist will lead safe and effective medication services across our physical clinic, telehealth, home-care and medication-delivery pathways. The role combines clinical pharmacy practice, medication management, patient education, stock governance and service development. For the right candidate, there may be an opportunity for longer-term leadership participation and potential shareholding/equity, subject to performance, commitment, agreed milestones, due diligence and formal company approval. Key Responsibilities Dispense and manage medications safely and accurately. Review prescriptions for appropriateness, interactions, contraindications and dosing. Provide medication counselling and adherence support. Support chronic disease patients, particularly hypertension, diabetes and respiratory conditions. Manage pharmacy inventory, stock levels, expiry dates and storage requirements. Establish pharmacy SOPs, medication governance and audit processes.
