Role Summary

• Provide home-based and virtual nursing support including screening, follow-ups, patient education, and basic procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits (vaccinations, vitals, blood sampling, wound care)
• Provide tele-nursing support and follow-ups
• Health education and lifestyle counseling
• Support chronic care monitoring
• Accurate patient documentation
• Coordinate referrals and escalation

Requirements

• Registered nurse (RN)
• Minimum 2 years hospital experience
• Comfortable working autonomously
• Community health or primary care experience is a plus
• Good digital literacy

Regulatory & Compliance

• Knowledge of NDPR and patient privacy rules
• Compliance with NMCN (Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria) standards
• Ethical patient care and confidentiality

Clinical Skills

• Vitals monitoring
• Venepuncture and sample handling
• Vaccination safety protocols
• Wound care and basic procedures
• Infection prevention & control

Telehealth Skills

• Remote monitoring and follow-up care
• Digital documentation skills
• Patient education and counseling

Safety Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• First Aid certification
• HIPPA Certified
