Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, scorecards, and visualisations. Develop semantic models and reporting datasets that support trusted self-service analytics. Analyse datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable business insights. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical solutions. Develop and maintain PySpark notebooks within Microsoft Fabric environments. Build reporting-ready datasets through data cleansing, transformation, and validation. Write and optimise complex SQL queries for reporting and analytics purposes. Support data governance, data quality initiatives, and reporting documentation. Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Job Experience and Skills Required: Degree, Diploma, or industry certification in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 4 years' experience in Analytics Engineering / Data Analytics. Extensive experience delivering enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using Microsoft technologies. Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, OneLake, and Lakehouse concepts. Advanced SQL development skills.
