Develop and manage the commissioning programme for all MEP systems across all blocks and the estate infrastructure, timed to allow progressive commissioning as each block completes its MEP second fix
Commission and test all mechanical systems: plumbing, drainage, HVAC, water treatment plant, and sewage treatment plant
Commission and test all electrical systems: LV distribution, lighting, power, metering, generator automatic transfer switch, and solar power
Commission and test all specialist systems: CCTV, access control, fire alarms, and IT and communications infrastructure
Produce commissioning certificates for each building system and each block upon successful completion
Coordinate the witnessing programme with the MEP consultant, the client\'s representative, and any relevant statutory bodies
Compile the MEP commissioning records into the Operations and Maintenance Manual section, ensuring all certificates, test results, equipment data sheets, and operation instructions are complete
Support the Certificate of Occupancy application with commissioning certificates and test records
Produce and issue the defects and snagging list for all MEP systems identified during commissioning
Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; COREN registration is preferred
Minimum 10 years of MEP experience with at least 4 years specifically in building services commissioning
Strong knowledge of commissioning procedures for all MEP disciplines
Experience preparing Operations and Maintenance Manuals and supporting Certificate of Occupancy applications
Membership of NSE is an advantage
