Key Responsibilities

Marketing Execution:

  • Implement approved campaigns and promotions.
  • Coordinate activations, events and brand activities.
  • Ensure campaigns happen on time.
  • Campaign Coordination
  • Work with designers, content creators, videographers, influencers and vendors.
  • Follow up on deliverables and deadlines.
  • Make sure campaign materials are ready.

Outlet Support:

  • Visit outlets and check branding, visibility and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate outlet marketing activities.
  • Report issues affecting customer experience or sales.

Marketing Research:

  • Monitor competitors.
  • Research market trends, customer behaviour and new opportunities.
  • Gather information the Brand Manager needs for decision-making.

Vendor & Influencer Coordination:

  • Communicate with vendors and influencers.
  • Obtain quotations.
  • Coordinate deliverables and ensure agreed work is completed.

Budget & Documentation:

  • Track marketing expenses.
  • Maintain quotations, invoices and campaign records.
  • Help ensure spending stays within approved budgets.

Reporting:

  • Collect campaign, social media, sales and activation data.
  • Prepare execution updates for the Brand Manager.
  • Highlight what was done, results achieved and outstanding issues.

Follow-up:

  • Follow up with internal departments such as Operations, Sales, Finance and Production.
  • Make sure marketing requests don't get stuck.
