Job Title: Marketer

Location: Ipaja, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with one day off during the week, Sunday availability is required when events are scheduled. Resumption: As soon as possible

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a proactive, persuasive, and results-driven Marketer to promote its services, attract new customers, generate leads, and increase sales and event bookings.

The ideal candidate must have proven sales and client acquisition experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert prospects into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential clients to generate new business.

Promote the client’s services through direct marketing, referrals, social media, and other relevant channels.

Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase visibility and sales.

Visit businesses, organisations, and potential customers to promote available services where necessary.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide relevant service information.

Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, sales, and bookings.

Meet agreed sales targets and provide regular marketing performance reports.

Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, marketing, business development, or client acquisition.

Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close sales.

Good customer service and relationship management skills.

Ability to work independently, meet targets, and deliver measurable results.

Familiarity with social media marketing and digital marketing tools is an advantage.

Must be proactive, organised, and comfortable with field marketing when required.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Benefits

Salary: N150,000 monthly + commission based on sales generated
