Job Summary

  • We are seeking a skilled and disciplined Machine Operator with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing or processing environment to operate, monitor, and maintain industrial production machines to meet quality and production targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate industrial production machines safely and efficiently as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor machine performance during production to ensure quality and output targets are met.
  • Conduct basic routine checks, cleaning, and operational maintenance of assigned machines.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and promptly report machine faults, abnormalities, or breakdowns.
  • Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and quality control guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate production logs and ensure good housekeeping around work stations.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve shift production goals.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts and Sunday overtime as required.

Requirements & Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience operating machines in a manufacturing, food-processing, or agricultural-processing environment.
  • Proven ability to operate industrial production machines safely and efficiently.
  • Ability to monitor machine performance and identify basic faults.
  • Basic knowledge of machine cleaning and routine operational checks.
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining production quality.
  • Good teamwork, discipline, punctuality, and willingness to learn.

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Blistering Machine Operator with hands-on pharmaceutical manufacturing experience to operate, set up, monitor, and clean blister packaging equipment used for pharmaceutical products. The successful candidate will ensure that blistering operations are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), approved SOPs, batch packaging records, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor automatic and semi-automatic blister packaging machines for pharmaceutical products. Set up blistering machines according to approved batch packaging instructions and SOPs. Perform machine changeovers, product changeovers, and format adjustments. Ensure correct feeding and handling of tablets/capsules during the blistering process. Set and monitor machine parameters including forming temperature, sealing temperature, machine speed, pressure, and other applicable process parameters.
