Job Description

What you will do in this role:

  • Support commodity logistics and supply chain activities at the state level.
  • Support facility-level commodity forecasting, ordering, and stock management.
  • Conduct routine supportive supervision on logistics management practices.
  • Support the use of LMIS data for commodity tracking.
  • Deliver against the approved GHSD milestone plan and quarterly performance targets, integrating services across the HIV, TB, malaria, and MNCH platform and progressively transferring functions to Government of Nigeria ownership.
  • Assist in reporting on commodity availability and stock status.

Minimum recruitment standard

Qualifications and experience we look for:

  • A first degree in Pharmacy, Laboratory, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in health commodity logistics, with experience on donor-funded projects preferred.
  • Good knowledge of supply chain management practices.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Verify quantities, documentation, packaging, and readiness of consignments before dispatch. Coordinate drivers, vehicles, routes, and delivery schedules to ensure efficient transportation.
