Job Description

  • To coordinate the efficient movement of personnel, equipment, materials, and supplies to support Oil & Gas operations, projects, and offshore/onshore activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate transportation and movement of personnel, equipment, materials, and supplies.
  • Plan and monitor logistics activities for operational and project requirements.
  • Coordinate crew movements, mobilization, demobilization, and travel arrangements.
  • Liaise with transporters, vendors, marine operators, freight forwarders, and other logistics providers.
  • Coordinate delivery, receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials and equipment.
  • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to operational locations.
  • Prepare logistics schedules, movement plans, and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicles, equipment movements, deliveries, and logistics activities.
  • Monitor logistics costs and support cost-control initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company HSE, security, and logistics procedures.
  • Resolve transportation, delivery, documentation, and scheduling issues.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.
  • Support offshore/onshore mobilization and project logistics as required.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc./HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 - 7 years' relevant logistics experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Experience supporting offshore/onshore operations is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Nigerian Oil & Gas logistics and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/ERP systems.
