Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Management

Coordinate the implementation of the Community-led GBV Prevention Framework, including community dialogue, feedback integration, dissemination, and implementation. Work closely with Paramount Rulers, Traditional Ruling Council (TRC) leaders, community representatives, women leaders, Gender-Based Violence (GBV) champions, Community Based Organizations (CBOs), and other stakeholders throughout the project implementation period. Stakeholder Engagement and Community Mobilisation: Map and maintain an up-to-date stakeholder directory covering communities, villages, wards, districts, organizations, associations, churches, mosques, and other relevant structures across the two LGAs. Develop and implement a structured stakeholder engagement plan based on the mapping exercise. Coordinate multi-stakeholder engagements, including inception meetings with Paramount Rulers, engagements with male TRC leaders, women leaders, wives of TRC leaders, GBV champions, CBOs, women's associations, and other relevant stakeholders. Organize and facilitate TRC meetings and other community-level dialogues to strengthen ownership of the GBV prevention initiative. Organize preparatory sessions with women leaders to orient them on the project and prepare them for the TRC Leaders' Dialogue. Community-Led GBV Prevention and Leadership: Support Paramount Rulers, TRC leaders, and community stakeholders to strengthen community-led approaches to GBV prevention. Supervise and provide technical support to GBV champions, including TRC leaders, in implementing GBV prevention messaging, strengthening safe spaces, promoting reporting and referral pathways, and implementing agreed community actions.
