As a Laboratory Technician you will be responsible for:

  • Applying of scientific research and development in a lab environment
  • Executing routine analyses using vested methods and technologies and/or contributes to technological developments in teams under supervision.
  • Resolving problems through the application of acquired expertise guided by precedent
  • Working together with people from the business unit. Specifying activities, planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues.
  • Communicating with direct team and supervisor. Presenting to internal teams on metrics, project status and research.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's from an accredited university or college
  • Have experience in Engineering/Technology
  • Have experience working in a laboratory setting
  • Be able to demonstrate relevant experience in Oil and Gas or Energy/Power industry
