Job Description

GOALS

  • To have an efficient laboratory workflow.
  • Provide the necessary analytical support to customers & to ADM factories
  • Supporting business development with analytical solution

MAIN TASKS:

MANAGING SAMPLE AND VALIDATION OF RESULTS

  • Ensure day to day management of the laboratory hub
  • Rigorously apply safety & quality procedures with approved documents (methods, control, verification,...)
  • Ensure Sensitive species sample is received and analyzed in time.
  • Critical Control Point monitoring
  • Incoming raw material testing, approval and identification of approved ingredients
  • Supporting QC department reporting on the status of the Quality Assurance for Raw Material (RM) and Final Product (FP) Quality Plan
  • Ensure invoices are approved for consumables and equipment
  • Analyse and approve the results
  • Ensure the maintenance, the follow up and the update of calibrations (control card monitoring, bias calculation) of laboratory NIR equipment

OPERATIONAL FOR NIR CUSTOMER FOLLOW-UP

  • Ensure the proper execution of the services NIR by the Customer (Calibration installation, helping configuration software for ex.)
  • Supporting customers in terms of technical assistance (wet-chemistry control card, calibration bias calculation for ex.) and helping in best NIR analysis practices
  • Carry out interventions remotely while respecting customer objectives (respect for demand and service level)
  • Monitor and report NIR activity indicators to ensure that services are monitored at customers' sites

ON-SITE MYCOTOXIN RAPID TEST CUSTOMER FOLLOW-UP

  • Ensure customer training on the use of tests and reader
  • Provide on-site technical support to customers

Qualifications:

  • BSc (Agriculture, Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, Food Technology)
  • Relevant experience: 1 year

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of laboratory practices
  • Knowledge of quality management system
  • Knowledge of NIR technology
  • Knowledge of MS Office
