Supporting customers in terms of technical assistance (wet-chemistry control card, calibration bias calculation for ex.) and helping in best NIR analysis practices
Carry out interventions remotely while respecting customer objectives (respect for demand and service level)
Monitor and report NIR activity indicators to ensure that services are monitored at customers' sites
