About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced IT Support Officer to provide technical support and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across the company's locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot computers, printers, Microsoft 365, applications, and network issues.
  • Manage IT tickets and resolve incidents within SLA.
  • Install and maintain IT equipment and peripherals.
  • Support LAN/Wi-Fi, CCTV, biometric, and other IT-enabled systems.
  • Maintain IT asset records and support user onboarding and deployments.

Requirements

  • OND/HND/B.Sc./B.Tech. in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in IT support/helpdesk.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and IT ticketing systems.
