Ensure Company materials, tools, equipment and consumables are properly accounted for. Inventory Analysis & Reporting Prepare and maintain: Weekly Inventory Status Reports. Monthly Inventory Control Dashboards. Quarterly Stock Variance Reports. Annual Inventory Performance Reports. Use inventory data to identify consumption trends, potential shortages, excess stock and opportunities for improved cost and asset efficiency. AUTHORITY & ACCOUNTABILITY The Inventory Lead will be authorised to: Enforce approved inventory control procedures. Coordinate Company-wide stock verification exercises. Recommend replenishment based on approved stock levels. Investigate inventory discrepancies and variances. Recommend corrective actions relating to inventory losses. Escalate significant inventory risks and control issues to the General Manager. Direct and coordinate the activities of Inventory Officers and Site Store teams within approved procedures. The role does not have authority to independently approve procurement purchases, inventory write-offs or disposal of Company assets outside delegated authority. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a strong inventory and stores professional with experience in construction, real estate development, manufacturing, engineering, warehousing or a related operational environment. The ideal candidate should demonstrate: Strong knowledge of inventory and stock control systems. Experience managing inventory across multiple locations or project sites. Strong reconciliation and variance-investigation skills. Experience supervising stores or inventory teams. Good understanding of material receiving, storage and issuance controls. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Ability to identify and prevent inventory losses, wastage and unauthorised movements. Excellent attention to detail and documentation discipline. Strong communication and coordination skills. High integrity, accountability and asset-consciousness. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory/ERP management systems. A degree or HND in Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
