ROLE SUMMARY

  • Human Resources Officer provides administrative support to HR operations by maintaining employee records, coordinating interviews and onboarding activities, preparing HR documents, and responding to employee inquiries. The role ensures accurate documentation, supports day-to-day HR processes, and helps deliver a positive employee experience through efficient coordination and communication.

ROLE PROFILE

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination, or office administration.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
