Key Responsibilities
Manage ED’s calendar, diary, and prioritize tasks.
Organize meetings, prepare minutes, briefing notes, and talking points.
Serve as primary contact for stakeholders, ensuring confidentiality.
Coordinate multitime zone calendar and logistics for international trips.
Draft correspondence, talking points, and presentations.Board Support
Manage sensitive board documents and track deadlines.
Organize retreats, strategy sessions, and board meetings.
Coordinate logistics, materials, and minutetaking.
Arrange complex travel for ED, Board, and SMT.
Maintain confidential records and files.Human Resources Management
Execute PASGR’s HR and talent strategy.
Manage recruitment, interviewing, and selection.
Coordinate onboarding, orientation, employee relations, grievances, and separations.
Support staff performance management and ED appraisal process.

Implement HRMS and HR policies.
Analyse compensation trends and propose competitive pay programs.
Develop staff learning and development initiatives.
Draft HR and administration policies for Board approval.

Supervise daytoday operations of administrative support areas.
Manage staff welfare and benefits (medical, insurance, pension).
Initiate MoUs and collaboration agreements with partners.Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Law, HR, or Social Sciences.
Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in executive office support and HR management.
Experience in international organizations or mediumsized private sector firms.
Strong expertise in executive office management, governance, board coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
Indepth knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR best practices.Skills
