Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Officer to manage key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance. The ideal candidate will support the organization\'s people strategy while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labour regulations.
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance resolution.
  • Coordinate performance management and staff development initiatives.
  • Process leave administration and support payroll-related HR activities.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years\' experience in a Human Resources role.
  • Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software is an advantage.
