Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to support the day-to-day HR operations of our client in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, staff relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Facilitate onboarding and maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and support staff relations activities.
  • Assist in organizing training and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes and maintain related records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
  • Support general HR administrative activities and prepare HR reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR role.
  • Good knowledge of HR processes and Nigerian labor laws.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and other HR tools.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a team.
  • Must live around Mile 2
