Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Selection:

  • Coordinate approved recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, interviews and candidate documentation.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure vacancies are followed through within approved timelines.
  • Support onboarding and induction of newly engaged Partners.

Training & Development:

  • Coordinate training needs assessment and identify competency gaps across departments.
  • Support preparation and implementation of the annual training plan.
  • Coordinate approved training programmes and maintain training records and evaluation reports.

Performance Appraisal:

  • Coordinate the Company's performance appraisal process and ensure timely completion of appraisal forms.
  • Monitor appraisal submissions and follow up with Line Managers and Partners.
  • Maintain accurate appraisal records and support the implementation of performance improvement actions.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Monitor Partner performance against assigned KPIs, OKRs, JDs and work plans.
  • Track departmental and individual performance and identify performance gaps for Management attention.
  • Prepare periodic recruitment, training and performance management reports for the Head, HCM & Admin.

HR Coordination & Support:

  • Maintain accurate records relating to recruitment, training and performance management.
  • Liaise with Line Managers and HODs to ensure HR processes are implemented effectively.
  • Perform other HCM duties assigned by the Head, HCM & Admin or Management.
