Key Responsibilities

Internal Recruitment & Talent Resourcing

  • Draft and update Job Description s in line with organizational hiring needs
  • Post job adverts across job boards, career portals and social platforms
  • Screen and review CVs, verify details and shortlist candidates against role requirements
  • Conduct initial candidate qualification, outreach calls and maintain communication throughout hiring
  • Coordinate interview schedules, logistics, reminders and candidate follow-up
  • Conduct background checks, reference checks and verification processes
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment dashboards for accurate reporting
  • Support offer preparation including salary discussions and contract preparation
  • Maintain structured talent pools across key disciplines
  • Support recruitment reporting and KPI tracking for internal hiring activities

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees across Talenture brands
  • Ensure work tools, system access, induction packs and workspace readiness before resumption
  • Track probationary reviews, confirmations and staff lifecycle milestones
  • Coordinate employee documentation including contracts, HR records and compliance files
  • Support HMO, pension and group life insurance registrations
  • Support exit procedures including documentation and asset return coordination

Learning & Development

  • Coordinate bi-weekly internal training programmes aligned with organizational needs
  • Organize training schedules, materials and participant coordination
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, surveys and observation
  • Coordinate daily Kick-Start sessions including training videos across the brands

HR Administration & Process Support

  • Maintain up-to-date staff records, internal HR databases and digital filing systems
  • Support employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, newsletters and internal events
  • Assist with HR policies, procedures, reporting needs and compliance requirements
  • Draft standard HR documents such as letters, memos and notices for review

Requirements

  • Recently completed a degree in Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Industrial and Labour Relations, Industrial Relations and Personnel Management or related field (current NYSC corp member or just concluded NYSC)
