Role Summary

We are seeking a smart, proactive and organised NYSC Corps Member to support our HR consulting team across recruitment, training, HR projects and digital marketing activities. The role offers practical exposure to HR consulting and professional services.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

• Source and screen candidates for client vacancies.
• Review CVs and prepare candidate shortlists.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Assist with recruitment research and reports.

HR & Training Projects

• Support HR consulting projects, research and documentation.
• Assist with preparation of HR reports, Job Description s and presentations.
• Support training coordination, materials and participant feedback.
• Maintain project and training records.

Social Media & Marketing

• Support social media content research and development.
• Assist with LinkedIn, Instagram and other digital marketing activities.
• Research HR/business trends for content development.
• Support prospect research and basic lead-generation activities.

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare weekly activity reports.
• Maintain accurate project and recruitment records.
• Carry out other HR and administrative duties assigned by the Senior HR Analyst.

Requirements

• Currently serving NYSC Corps Member.
• Degree in HR, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Good communication, research and organisational skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Interest in HR, recruitment and digital marketing.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
