We are looking for a proactive and highly organized HR Assistant who is passionate about building a career in Human Resources. You will support our hiring needs while also gaining hands-on exposure to different areas of HR.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Recruitment

  • Source candidates through job platforms, social media, referrals and other creative channels
  • Screen applications and identify suitable candidates
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records
  • Support onboarding of successful candidates
  • Explore new and creative ways of attracting quality candidates

HR Support

  • Support employee documentation and maintain HR records
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding
  • Support leave, attendance and general HR administration
  • Assist with employee engagement activities
  • Support different HR projects and day-to-day activities
