Job Description

  • We are looking for a Head of Growth to drive revenue growth across all our verticals, including SME, e-commerce, beauty, export, and SafeLocker partnerships.
  • This role goes beyond individual contribution. You will be responsible for owning the revenue number, building and leading an outbound sales engine, and driving structured growth across segments.
  • You will work closely with Growth, Marketing, Operations, and Account Management to ensure we are not just acquiring customers, but driving long-term value and retention.

Responsibilities

Revenue Ownership:

  • Own and deliver overall revenue targets across all business verticals
  • Drive a balanced mix across SME, enterprise, export, and platform-led revenue

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Define and execute a clear sales strategy across key business segments
  • Identify high-value opportunities and prioritize revenue-generating segments

Outbound Sales Engine:

  • Build and lead a structured outbound sales function
  • Develop playbooks for prospecting, conversion, and deal closure
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team

Key Account Acquisition & Growth:

  • Personally drive acquisition of high-value accounts and strategic partnerships
  • Lead complex deal negotiations and close mid to large-size opportunities
  • Drive upsell into export and other high-margin services SafeLocker Partnerships
  • Own the growth of SafeLocker through partnerships across campuses and residential locations
  • Identify, negotiate, and close strategic deployment opportunities Cross Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Marketing to improve acquisition quality and conversion
  • Partner with Operations to ensure service delivery aligns with sales promises
  • Collaborate with Product and Growth to refine offerings based on market feedback

Performance & Reporting:

  • Track pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue performance via CRM
  • Provide regular insights on market trends, customer behavior, and growth opportunities

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 - 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience building and managing outbound sales teams
  • Strong understanding of Nigerian SMEs, e-commerce, and business buying behavior
  • Experience in logistics, SaaS, or tech-enabled services is a strong advantage
  • Experience with partnerships or infrastructure-led growth models is a plus.
