Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Fulfilment Officer to manage the end-to-end fulfilment process, from receiving and processing customer orders to picking, packing, dispatching, and ensuring timely delivery. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, process, and verify customer orders accurately.
Pick and pack products according to customer orders and company standards.
Coordinate with riders, dispatch companies, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
Track orders and follow up on pending or delayed deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of fulfilled, pending, cancelled, and returned orders.
Monitor stock levels and report low-stock or out-of-stock items.
Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, exchanges, and returns.
Inspect returned products and ensure proper documentation of returns.
Ensure the fulfilment area is clean, organized, and properly maintained.
Work closely with the sales, inventory, and customer service teams to resolve order-related issues.
Requirements
Previous experience in order fulfilment, e-commerce, logistics, retail, or a similar role is an advantage.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills and ability to work with order/inventory systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
