We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Fulfilment Officer to manage the end-to-end fulfilment process, from receiving and processing customer orders to picking, packing, dispatching, and ensuring timely delivery. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Receive, process, and verify customer orders accurately.
- Pick and pack products according to customer orders and company standards.
- Coordinate with riders, dispatch companies, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Track orders and follow up on pending or delayed deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of fulfilled, pending, cancelled, and returned orders.
- Monitor stock levels and report low-stock or out-of-stock items.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, exchanges, and returns.
- Inspect returned products and ensure proper documentation of returns.
- Ensure the fulfilment area is clean, organized, and properly maintained.
- Work closely with the sales, inventory, and customer service teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Previous experience in order fulfilment, e-commerce, logistics, retail, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to work with order/inventory systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
