Key Responsibilities

Financial Transactions & Documentation:

  • Process and document approved financial transactions, payments, receipts and expenses.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are properly authorised and supported by relevant documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Reconciliation & Financial Records:

  • Perform regular bank, cash, supplier and other relevant account reconciliations.
  • Identify and promptly resolve discrepancies in financial records.
  • Maintain proper filing and retrieval of financial documents.

Financial Reporting & Monitoring:

  • Assist in the preparation of periodic financial reports, schedules and management accounts.
  • Monitor expenditures against approved budgets and report significant variances.
  • Provide accurate financial information required by Management and the Accounts & Finance Department.

Compliance & Internal Controls:

  • Ensure transactions comply with Company policies, approved budgets and applicable statutory requirements.
  • Support effective implementation of financial controls and promptly report irregularities or exceptions.
  • Assist with audit, tax and other statutory documentation as required.

General Finance Support:

  • Support payroll-related financial processes, supplier payments, project expenses and other approved financial activities.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to obtain required financial documentation and clarification.
  • Perform other finance-related duties assigned by the Head, Accounts & Finance or Management.
