As we continue to grow, we're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Finance Intern who wants hands-on exposure to the finance operations of a fast-moving, multi-brand business.

What you'll work on:

  • Daily sales reconciliations across platforms, brands and branches
  • M-Pesa, card, cash and bank reconciliations
  • Supplier invoice processing and accounts payable support
  • Investigating variances, missing payments, refunds and discrepancies
  • Supporting month-end close, stock takes and food-cost reporting
  • Maintaining accurate and organised financial records
  • Preparing reports and supporting the wider Finance team

The role is very operational and hands-on, with exposure to the full flow of transactions across Ando's brands and locations.

Who we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in final year Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field
  • CPA Part I+ or currently pursuing CPA(K) / ACCA preferred
  • Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
  • Excellent attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
  • Organised, proactive and willing to follow up when something doesn't reconcile
  • Exposure to accounting systems, M-Pesa reconciliations or Kenyan tax is a plus
