  • We are seeking a skilled and proactive Field Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting network and hardware issues, and ensuring seamless service delivery to clients. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, hands-on technical expertise, and a customer-focused approach.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving network issues
  • Install, configure, and test network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on network equipment and infrastructure where applicable.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including installation, configuration, and repair activities.
  • Must possess good troubleshooting, analytical, communication and reporting skill

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a field support, IT, or network engineering role.
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair hardware/software issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
