Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and result-driven Field Sales Representatives to join our sales team in Abuja.

The successful candidates will be responsible for selling our products directly to customers, growing our market presence, and meeting daily and monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and visit potential customers within assigned territories in Abuja

Present and promote products to customers, shops, and businesses

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

Collect orders and ensure timely delivery and payment

Conduct market surveys and report competitor activities

Maintain accurate records of sales, visits, and expenses

Represent the company professionally at all times

Requirements

Minimum of OND / SSCE with good communication skills

Previous experience in direct sales or marketing is an advantage but not required

Must be willing to work on the field full time

Good knowledge of Abuja routes and markets will be an advantage

Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented

Must have a smartphone and be comfortable with basic reporting

Compensation

Base salary of N150,000 plus commission on sales

Commission structure will be explained during the interview
