Key Responsibilities Hardware Technical Support & Repairs: Provide first- and second-line technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals; diagnose faults and carry out or coordinate hardware repairs to minimise user downtime. IT Asset Management & Tagging: Maintain an accurate, up-to-date inventory of all IT assets, including procurement intake, asset tagging, assignment tracking, and retirement/disposal records. System Upgrades & OS Administration: Plan and execute operating system upgrades, patches, and system re-imaging across the device fleet, ensuring machines remain current, stable, and secure.
