We are seeking a skilled Drilling Engineer to join our Technical team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7 - 10 years of experience in drilling operations, preferably in both onshore and offshore environments.
  • Strong understanding of drilling engineering principles, techniques, equipment, and proficiency in drilling software tools.
  • Proven technical expertise in well design, drilling fluid systems, bit selection, Rate of Penetration (ROP) optimization, and Non-Productive Time (NPT) reduction.
  • Practical experience in drilling program execution, on-site/field operational supervision, contractor and logistics management, and compliance with regulatory (e.g., DPR) and HSE guidelines.
