Basic Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Drilling Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in well engineering, drilling operations, or well delivery.
Strong experience in drilling engineering, well planning, execution, and well operations.
Proven experience supervising drilling activities and managing drilling contractors, service companies, and rig operations.
Good knowledge of well design, casing and cementing, directional drilling, well control, drilling fluids, and completion operations.
Experience working with drilling programmes, cost estimates, operational procedures, and performance monitoring.
Strong understanding of HSE requirements, well control standards, and regulatory compliance.
Relevant Well Control certification (IWCF/IADC) is required.
Experience in offshore and/or onshore drilling operations is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Must be able to work effectively under pressure and coordinate multiple drilling activities.
