Role summary

  • The Design Lead owns the visual identity and creative output across client and agency work, leading design strategy and execution for advertising, influencer, social, and ads campaigns, while providing creative direction to any supporting designers.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the creative/design direction for client campaigns spanning advertising, influencer, social, and paid ads
  • Produce and oversee production of high-quality design assets (static, motion, video where applicable)
  • Maintain brand consistency across all client and agency-facing materials
  • Collaborate closely with Social Media, Ads, and Media Specialists to align creative with strategy
  • Review and provide feedback on design work to maintain quality standards
  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and content formats across platforms
  • Manage design timelines and resourcing across multiple concurrent client projects

Requirements & qualifications

  • 4+ years of design experience, with a strong portfolio spanning social/digital campaigns, ideally at a creative or marketing agency
  • Expert proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific creative formats and best practices
  • Experience leading or mentoring other designers is a plus
  • Excellent visual storytelling and brand sensibility
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
